FAQ

Currently, we cater for the domestic market of Singapore and the currency we accept is in SGD / Singapore Dollar.

Besides Direct Bank Transfer, we accept most debit and credit cards including VISA, MasterCard & American Express.

Once Direct Bank Transfer is selected on Checkout Page, our UOB Bank Account details will be shown on the Order Invoice Page.

1. For Direct Bank Transfer, Please indicate ORDER NUMBER when making payment.
2. Kindly send Payment Screenshot via Whatsapp: +65 93840450 for verification.
   (We will respond to you within 24 hours.)

Your order will ONLY be processed after Payment & Whatsapp verification.

Currently, we do not list items for Pre-order at this time.

The Battle Bunker Mobile Unit will be activated to hand-deliver your packages. We do not use third-party delivery services unless we are absolutely overwhelmed.

Once your orders hit Above SGD $200, we will deliver to you for FREE! 

However, for orders Below SGD $200, a delivery charge of SGD $20 applies.

*For Domestic ‘Urgent/Expedited/Next-Day’ delivery, a delivery charge of SGD $50 is required. (Any orders after 3pm is considered the next day).

Domestic Orders will be shipped within Two business days for orders received before midnight daily, and 3 to 5 working days during Peak seasons.  

We currently do not accept international orders at the moment. This may change in the near future. Stay tuned.

Our system automatically sends an email to you when we have received your order but sometimes this can end up in your Spam / Junk folder especially for first time ordering. Do check it and uncheck it as Spam so it goes into your Inbox.

Any cancellations or amendments to your order need to immediately submit in writing to Sales@battlebunker.com.sg and quote the ORDER NUMBER in the Subject Title and Message Description.

Please be aware that amendments to your order may not be possible if it has already been dispatched.

If any additional payment is needed to cover any additional items, this may need to be made before your order is dispatched. 

If your amendments mean a refund is due to you, then this will be refunded through the same payment method you used when placing the original order.

Please note that if items have already been delivered, it is your responsibility to take care of the products as they will need to be returned to us in the original sealed and unopened condition. The costs incurred for returning items that have been cancelled and dispatched will be payable by the customer.

If there are issues with the items in your purchased games eg. Missing or damaged items etc, here are the list of manufacturers/game creators’ contacts to get in touch directly with. They will resolve the issue in no time.
